Ingredient:
• 1 tbsp, Pumpkin Seeds
• 1/2 medium, Avocado, sliced
• 2 cups, Arugula, raw
• 6 oz, Rotisserie Chicken Breast,
cut into bite sized pieces • 1 tsp, Lemon juice, raw
• Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
- Lay the Rotisserie chicken on top of arugula in a bowl.
- Place the avocado pieces on top, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle the pumpkin seeds on top and distribute the lemon juice evenly over.
