1 oz 4505 brand (or similar) chicharrones/pork rinds
(get on Thrive Market or at Whole Foods) 1 oz (women) or 2 oz (men)
4 oz 85/15 grass-fed ground beef
1/4 cup salsa
1 tbsp sour cream
1 oz shredded cheddar cheese
1 tbsp organic taco seasoning
Instructions:
Brown ground beef in pan over medium heat. Drain grease. Add taco seasoning and a couple of spoonfuls of water to coat. Arrange chicharrones on plate. Top with beef, salsa, cheese, lettuce and sour cream.
