Not achieving ketosis?
If you have dropped carbs under 20 total grams and you’re still not getting 0.5+ on blood ketone meter, have you checked your blood sugar?
If cortisol is high or blood sugar is high for other reasons, it will make achieving ketosis difficult.
KEEP going - you are restoring insulin sensitivity. Try berberine (500 mg once a day) to lower blood sugar and enhance ketogenesis.
If you have hypothyroidism or other hormone issues, try increasing fats. Specifically MCT oil.
