Hello, I'm Amie. I'm 39 and have a well-rounded background in health and fitness, and have come from being 75 lbs overweight to the best shape of my life in my 20's. Then back to being 40 lbs overweight again in my late 30's. All different phases of my life with having 5 kids, to being a soldier in the Army for 6 years, and now I'm a veteran working at a desk job for the last 9 years and lost all my athletic build. I've tried all kinds of "flavors" of fitness coaches after the Army, and I just have to say how much I appreciate how down-to-earth and real Tara is. So thank you for that! Keep sharing what you learn, and we'll keep soaking up what you give us! This journey for me, is to go back to feeling amazing in my own skin again, I truly miss it. My kids are now little women, and I want to be able to dedicate time to myself as they transition to adults. I guess getting ready for an empty nest in a few years. Sharing the journey!
