I just downloaded your App and see the Build your own workout and train like Tara, what's the difference and where do I start? I have been weight training for about 7 months now and want to take it to the next level, I have seen so many of your videos on FB and love them and can't wait to get started on your program.
Hi Rebecca! The Train like Tara section is just a fun bonus challenge in the app. Start with month 1 (intermediate or advanced schedule) under Lift at Home or Lift in the Gym. There is a pdf download to see training schedule suggestions by me depending on skill level for months 1-3. Starting in Month 4, everyone moves to the same schedule.
