So, I'm New here and nervous!
I'm 41 years old, married for 10 years, have two energetic boys (8/9), and live in South Texas. HOT!!! lol My Why and goals are to be overall healthy and have a change in mindset. I've been doing a lot of mental work due to some childhood trauma and coping with it through drinking; since 16 years old. Drinking was my go-to for rewards and stress reliever. My drinking has slowed down and I attend church. My personality is all or nothing and my last workout was on Thanksgiving day, I want to learn to give myself grace for missing a workout. Once I miss, it takes me months to get back on track. I'm excited but not looking forward to being sore. :-)

And I love your idea, I will create some forums for introducing ourselves, sharing wins, asking questions for training, for nutrition, for mindset etc. Thanks for the suggestion! I'll also make a future mindset journey/walking meditation on all in/all out thinking- it's a really common block to success, you're definitely not alone. So watch for that. So, I am new here. I'm trying to understand the layout of the workouts. Is there just 1 workout for each bodypart posted? Do they change, are they added to? I just have the free trial at the moment to check it out.
Hey Dianna! Thanks for being here! Workout videos for Month 1 through 3 are per body part. Please download the PDF reference guides in each month's section: choose your level (beginner, intermediate, advanced) and build your program accordingly. Let me know if you have any further questions!
Hi Mary, did you download the app on either the Apple App Store or Google Play? That is how you can bring it to your gym on your phone. Please note that there is also a pdf download that goes with each month of training, so once you have watched the video (which you can do on the app on your phone at the gym), if you don't want to keep watching it, you can work off the pdf, or you can keep watching the video every time, whichever you prefer. Lmk if that makes sense!
