When do you suggest we do cardio? If we are using the working out like Tara plan, do we complete the cardio before or after weight training?

For most people, I recommend cardio after weights. If you’re advanced and cardio feels more like a “warm up” then before can work. I’d like most of your energy to go toward resistance training.
