The app training progresses every month.
Notice there is Month 1, 2, 3 etc.
Months 1-3 are divided by body parts so I can accommodate beginner, intermediate and advanced levels.
Starting in month 4, we all do the same training schedule and it rotates between muscular endurance, hypertrophy and strength each month for a year.
After the year, I encourage you to restart the whole process and see how far you’ve come in a year!
There are pdf downloads to track weight lifted so I encourage you to do that as well!
