I would love to see some modifications at least for the first month or two. Especially for the HIIT workout. Some of us are just starting to get into fitness and that workout is a bit too much for me at this point.
1) I would like to see modifications/alternative when it comes to reverse lunges as my balance is not the best.
2) I only have access to a smith machine so a demo of how to use it with a workout would be helpful.
3) Am I correct that we will receive "monthly" workouts and not weekly?

1-Can you try widening your stance on reverse lunges to see if that resolves your issue? It's common for people to struggle with balance on those if they are stepping back with their feet very close together, and can often be resolved by simply widening their stance.

3-Yes, each period of training is 4 weeks, so you will repeat the weekly workout for 4 weeks before switching. This is the shortest amount of time trainers typically give for a training period. It's not optimal to change up your workouts every week- you need time to really get proficient and get the benefit of that training period.
Would be extremely helpful if there was a way to record weights in the App instead of the pdf file -
Yes, I wish I had that capability as well. This app is a streaming/videos on demand style app, kind of like netflix, so it doesn't have that capability. PDF's was the best we could do to accommodate.
Thank you - I found a free App where you can build your own workouts so although it is a little time consuming loading the workouts, I can at least follow your workout from my phone and record my weights and it counts down the time intervals - very helpful.
How often do you change content in the "Train like Tara" workout program?
Hey Angie! I don’t plan to add more to that section. It is just a fun bonus 4-week challenge (the 7 days are periodized into a 4-week program in the pdf) to get a very specific idea of how I train. That being said, the entire app is reflective of how I train, so if you go through the 12 month journey, you are going to be training like me. :)
