Ingredients:
10 oz, Raw Cauliflower
2 scoops, Whey Protein Powder (48 g protein)
1/2 tbsp, Smoked Paprika
1 tsp, Salt
1/2 cup, Almond Milk, Unsweetened
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
Steam or boil the cauliflower until tender. In a large bowl use an immersion / stick blender to blend the cauliflower, whey protein powder, paprika, salt and almond milk, until smooth. Add some water, if needed, for your desired consistency.
