Ingredients:
10 oz Flank Steak or another least fatty cut of beef
1 tbsp Butter, unsalted
Coarse Salt and Pepper
Preparation:
On a screaming hot pan melt the butter and sear the steak for 4 minutes on each side. Transfer the meat to a plate and let rest for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with coarse salt and pepper, slice and serve immediately.
