Subbing out foods:
If you’re going to sub out carbohydrate sources, do not sub out what I’ve given you for processed carbohydrates.
You will not get the same benefits of satiation, gut and colon health, and micronutrient density.
If you want your metabolism to get boosted from this program, the KINDS of carbohydrates you bring in on low carb MATTER.
You should not feel very different going from keto to low carb when the carbs are whole food sources like this.
