I can’t encourage you enough to incorporate exercise with this program. Hopefully you are doing my training program, but if not, if you want optimal results, you’ve got to move your body.
Having a little more carbs than Keto allows you to fuel exercise performance at higher intensities. I recommend a variety of high intensity interval training, cardio and weightlifting for optimal body composition results and metabolic boost.
Exercise will help increase your insulin sensitivity, meaning you can eat more carbs and not get fat, and help you build muscle which will speed your metabolism.
