Some of you may slip in and out of ketosis on this challenge! Depending on your muscle mass, activity level, metabolic rate, and a host of other factors, at 20% carbs and a calorie deficit, some of you may actually go in and out of ketosis this month.
That is totally fine, and actually what I would like ALL of your bodies to be able to do! That being said, it’s not expected, and I don’t want you Keto-background people feeling like you need to check ketone levels like crazy.
Just focus on nutrition and keeping carbs low like we have them.
